Commercial rights availability

Current Aimusicis commercial-rights status and the difference between downloading a song and receiving permission to use it commercially.

Current availability

Aimusicis does not currently issue commercial-use licenses or license certificates for generated songs. A paid plan may include generation credits, account history, and download features, but payment or download access is not permission to use a song commercially.

Do not describe an Aimusicis song as licensed, royalty-free, cleared, or owned based only on a plan name, credit purchase, generation record, or downloaded file.

Before publishing or distributing a song

  • Review the current Terms of Service.
  • Confirm that you hold the necessary rights to every prompt, lyric, recording, voice, melody, sample, upload, and reference used in the workflow.
  • Check the rules of the destination platform and the laws that apply to your use.
  • Obtain independent legal advice when your planned use requires a commercial license or proof of rights.

Provider and model terms can differ by workflow and can change over time. Aimusicis will not infer a commercial-use grant from a current subscription or apply one retroactively to an earlier song.

Downloads and account records

A download confirms only that the account was authorized to export a file at that time. Generation, payment, and download records are account history; they are not a commercial license, copyright registration, or certificate of ownership.

Aimusicis does not currently provide a License Vault or downloadable rights certificate. If a future commercial-rights program is introduced, it will require an approved policy, provider authority, an immutable song-specific record, and separate terms before it is made available.
