# Errors and What to Do

The exact messages the Aimusicis tools show when a run cannot start or finish, what each one means, and the fix — taken from the interface strings, not paraphrased.

These are the messages the generator and the upload tools actually display, quoted from the interface. If you see one, the row tells you what happened and what to do next.

## Before a run starts

| Message                                     | What it means                                                                    | What to do                                                                                                                                                                            |

| Failed to verify credits. Please try again. | The balance check did not complete, usually a dropped connection.                | Retry. ## Uploads

| Only audio files are supported | The file's type is not one of the six accepted audio formats. | Convert to MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A, FLAC or AAC and upload again.                                                                                                         |

## After a run

| Message                  | What it means                                          | What to do                                                                                 |

| Failed to download audio | The finished file could not be fetched to your device. | Retry from your account history — the result is kept there, so nothing needs regenerating. |

## What is not an error

A generation that sounds unlike the prompt is not a failure of the run: the sliders steer and the style tags narrow, but nothing guarantees a result. ## When to contact support

Contact [Aimusicis support](https://aimusicis.com/support) when the same message remains after the listed correction, a completed task has no downloadable result, or the displayed credit balance does not match the task outcome. Include the exact tool route, time of the issue, visible task identifier, input file type and size, and the full error message. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or private credentials.
